When we sat down with our design team to create the look and feel of Capella Pedregal, we looked no further than our surrounding countryside, the craggy cliffs and Mexico's rich traditions. We saw the importance of the history and heritage of this land. We want your experience to be about Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, not Hawaii or Vail or anyplace else.

You'll see it in our architectural stylings, the color palette drawn right from our natural surroundings. Our stone is locally quarried. Every tile is custom-made in Tlaquepaque for Capella Pedregal and nowhere else. Arbors and wood trellises are hand-hewn from regional woods.

Even the landscaping is part of the natural environs, with native plants and flowering specimens placed to accentuate beautifully.

Each Residence features two plunge pools with infinity edges, so the ocean appears to lead right to your door. Full-length glass pocket doors slide silently open, blurring the line between outdoors and in, and affording each Residence its own unique views.
