How do you own a property in Mexico?
Property is owned through a 'Fideicomiso,' which is a bank-held trust of which you and those you designate are the beneficiaries, much like a living trust in the U.S. Not only is this an excellent estate-planning tool, but it also enables you to rent, bequeath, sell or loan your residence however you choose.

As an owner, do I have Concierge services available?
Of course, owners have access to each and every service offered by Capella Hotels and Resorts.

Does that include dining and cleaning?
It includes everything at the resort: the pools, the Auriga Spa, even room service if you desire it.

Can I let friends use my home?
Absolutely. As an owner, you're welcome to share your home with clients, family, friends or whomever.

What about the yachts? Can friends and clients also use my privileges?
Of course — should you elect to join our Yacht Club, you may offer your planned use of the vessels to your guests as you see fit.

What services are available at the Beach Club?
It's like a mini-resort of its own. Located on the beach, it has amazing pools and water features, restaurants, lounges, plasma TVs, showers, locker rooms and valet service.

Flexible usage specific to Residences.

While each Casona, which means "large house", comes with full-time, year-round access and privileges, the Residences offer extraordinarily flexible and accommodating usage, within the parameters of fractional ownership, as follows:

As an owner, will I always get the same Residence or may I use any of them?
Owners have access to all of the Residences and may request specific ones when available.

Is the property mine to sell or pass on to my children?
Yes, the property is held in trust and your rights exist in full.

Can I use my Residence last minute?
Anytime there's an available villa, it's yours to enjoy. You can also reserve a number of them to use at the same time for large get-togethers.
