1.The Bay side homes range from totally complete with furniture to a few that will be so in the next 6 days. All interiors, tile, ceiling treatment, floors, kitchens are finished in 1-3 as well as in 6. 4 and 5 are close behind. The road up the side of the mountain, has all trench-work and conduit laid and all retaining walls are in. These homes offer a phenomenal view of the Bay and the yachts in the marina.

2. A view from the pad of the mountain top club looking down onto the resort. All Residence buildings are complete and public areas are being completed with landscaping: hundreds plants are being installed including Palms, Torote and Palo Verde trees, Cardones, Agaves and other native species). Hardscape (in the form of Rocaya and washed sand walkways are also being installed throughout. All Residence pools are formed, poured and equipment is installed. Residences are on track for this coming fall. We can't wait!

3. In the foreground the completed "tank pool" of the residences. The combination of hardscape, landscape and walkways makes it much easier to define where Residence patios, terraces and yards will begin. The result are some ground floor Residences with incredibly ample areas for sunning and lounging around the pool. In the background the last hotel building to be build is nearing completion and rough – out. Hotel is on track to open December of this year.
